Kurt has over 15 years of experience across a range of roles and industries, including software development, consulting, and management. He holds a psychology degree from the University of Victoria, a computer science degree from Queen's University, an MBA from Cambridge University, and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bruce E. Wampold Ph.D. Chief Scientist & Co-Founder
Dr. Wampold is the Patricia L. Wolleat Emeritus Professor of Counseling Psychology at the University of Wisconsin—Madison and Director of the Research Institute at Modum Bad Psychiatric Center in Vikersund, Norway. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, Board Certified in Counseling Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology, and is the recipient of the 2007 Distinguished Professional Contributions to Applied Research Award. His current work is summarized in The Great Psychotherapy Debate (with Z. Imel, Routledge, 2015).
Stephan Wiedner COO & Co-Founder
Stephan co-founded Theravue in 2016, bringing to the table a mixed set of skills and experience including business, technology, and coaching. Stephan is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Bachelor of Commerce program, having specialized in information systems. In addition to his career, educational, and entrepreneurial pursuits, Stephan is a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful children.
Radu Vlad Chief Technology Officer
Radu leads and manages the creation and development of the online platform at Theravue. He studied Computer Science and Business at the University of Waterloo and has over 12 years experience as an entrepreneur and technical leader. Outside of work, he loves riding his bike, exploring new places, and delicious food and coffee.
Nicole Clark Customer Success Manager
Nicole is Theravue’s Customer Success Manager and the one always ready to help you with any of your needs. While completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of British Columbia, she worked in the service industry for many years. Nicole’s role at Theravue allows her to exercise her passion for psychology and customer service. Outside of her role here, Nicole is also a professional dancer, and loves to spend time outdoors with her dog.
Emmy Clutchey Front-End Web Developer
Emmy is the front-end developer at Theravue. Graduating from the New Media Design and Web Development program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology equipped her with a wide variety of skills needed to pursue a career in working with her passion: visuals. In her free time, she enjoys creating both traditional and digital art.
Renato Toth Software Engineer
Renato has a Bachelor in Computer Science from the Federal University of Sao Carlos. He is very passionate about clean code and software development, and believes that it is more than just engineering work: it is a form of art. Currently, he is focused on web technologies such as Ruby on Rails, but he has previous experience with Android, Java, Lean and Agile processes, and user experience.
